Before your visit
Our Booking/Payment Policy
All gel polish services have 7 day warrentee to be fixed free of charge. An appointment can be rescheduled once ONLY. If we notice an appointment being rescheduled multiple times, we will cancel the appointment on our end to give other clients a chance to book. Repeated no shows, cancellations, rescheduling may result in a ban for future appointments. If we have not been able to contact a client 15 minutes past their appointment time, the client will be considered a "no show". We reserve the right to refuse service if we detect active fungus or contageous illnesses.
