All gel polish services have 7 day warrantee to be fixed free of charge. An appointment can be rescheduled once ONLY. If we notice an appointment being rescheduled multiple times, we will cancel the appointment on our end to give other clients a chance to book. Repeated no shows, cancellations, rescheduling may result in a ban for future appointments. If we have not been able to contact a client 15 minutes past their appointment time, the client will be considered a "no show". We reserve the right to refuse service if we detect active fungus or contageous illnesses. Credit Card must be filed to confirm all appointments, but won't be charged until after the service is provided. For all Credit Card transactions, 3% processing fee is applied.

Additionally, we offer specialized services like Dual Form Rebalance/Extensions and Hard Gel Overlay on Natural Nails to cater to your specific needs. We do not offer any products with acrylic or acrylates. Previous salon products can be removed with extra charge. To avoid removal charges, all products must be removed by the client prior to the appointment time.
